Gear Oil
For any gear wear particles can be detrimental. Whether it be copper/zinc alloyed-particles from worn ring gears, Iron from gear teeth, roller bearings or the shaft or any other particle a CJC Fine Filter will be able to catch and hold these unwanted particles away from further grinding in the teeth.
In this manner an autoacceleration of abrasive wear can be stopped and the life time of both oil and gearbox can be extended.
Futhermore the CJC filter inserts have a high capacity of resins. Resins are decomposed oil molecules that grow into long chains and adhere to metal surfaces causing poorer cooling, which again results in even higher temperatures and further burning of the oil.
