Doing oil analysis is an important part of your daily maintenance tasks to survey the contamination level of your oil systems by. Below links provide useful information on that subject.

Doing oil sampling and analysis is not enough to maintain your oil system and avoid costly sudden machinery break downs. However, it indicates if your filtration equipment is sufficient enough to keep the necessary low level of contamination in your oil system.
Today machine manufacturers' have very strict requirements concerning oil cleanliness levels (ISO/NAS Codes). This is due to sensitive high-tech components with very small clearances. We fulfill this demand of clean oil with our CJC Filter Units which operate offline on oil system reservoirs to obtain maximum cleanliness.
