LG 15/25 Offline oil filter units ideal for small hydraulic power packs, gear boxes, and injection moulding machines.

APPLICATION
The 15/25 series of off-line fine filters are used for the maintenance of fluids for power transmission, lubrication cooling, and control systems.

The light and compact LG series filters are especially suited for filtration on high yield hydraulic systems due to their high circulation capacity.

FUNCTION
The filter pump draws fluid from the system tank at the lowest point and passes the fluid through the filter element (passing outside to inside). The fluid then flows down through the center opening in the filter element and exits the filter housing through a port in the bottom center of the filter base. The fluid is then returned to the system tank close to the main pump suction line.

The pressure drop over the filter and the contaminant absorption by the filter element are measured by the pressure gauge between pump and filter housing.

THE FILTER PUMP
The filter pump is an aluminium housed gear pump. The electric motor is supplied for standard three-phase AC voltages.

FILTER ELEMENTS
The CJC fine filter elements and inserts consist of several discs stacked and bonded together. The material is either cellulose or cotton linters fibers depending on the fluid to be filtered.
