Water in oil causes corrosion. Free water, in particular, will settle on machinery surfaces and will displace the protective surface oil film, causing corrosion of the surface.
Keeping an oil system free from water will extend life time of oil and components and decrease the down time.
CJC Filter separators are able to remove free water in oil, as well as break light emulsions.
CJC Desorbers will not only remove the free water, but also remove any emulsified water.
CJC Vacuum Filters will remove both free, emulsified and dissolved water from any type of oil.
