Traditional craftsmanship walks hand in hand with modern technology in the Metal Casting Division. We maintain the established sand moulding technique and add modern production and development technology.

As early as 1990 C.C.Jensen A/S introduced computer assisted simulation of casting processes in order to find the optimum casting method and today the company has a leading position within that area.

C.C.Jensen A/S has been making ship propeller castings since the mid 1970's and is approved by the international classification companies as supplier of classed propeller castings, supplied in alloy DS3001-5716 (aluminum - bronze) and DS3001-5256 (manganese - brass). Casting up to 2,500 kg can be supplied in a variety of aluminum and copper alloys.
